Damaged our luggage

The Staff damaged the luggage in the room, moved it elsewhere and then charged us €250 to keep it back What a joke Not to mention the attitude of the staff is very rude and I quote "I'm losing my patience with hotel guests" as stated by the Manager Never again

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo per essere a Vienna, probabilmente anche qualcosina in più... Appartamento pulito e ben attrezzato, un pò complicata la procedura di check-in se non sei avvezzo a queste procedure: telefonata da effettuare per aprire il portone( se non entri subito, non funziona più...salvo poi chiedere ad uno che fortunatamente usciva di casa e scoprire che c'è il campanello in basso a sinistra che serve ad aprirlo) e chiavi da ritirare in un piccolo BOX accanto alla porta che si apre con combinazione che ti forniscono il giorno stesso dell'entrata. Altamente problematico il parcheggio, se avete la sventura di avere una macchina: inesistente o quasi, nel senso che qualcosa c'è ed al contempo non troverai NULLA di libero... mai. Sconsiglio caldamente la macchina ad ogni modo, i mezzi sono più che disponibili ed anche i taxi costano cifre ragionevolissime. Da consigliare.
